Summary of the insurance requirements subcontractors must meet before performing work for Rayco Inc.

Minimum Insurance Coverage

Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit
Workers’ Compensation: Statutory limits plus $1,000,000 Employer’s Liability
Umbrella / Excess Liability: Minimum $1,000,000
Pollution Liability: Minimum $1,000,000 when required by the project owner or when performing drilling, excavation, or similar work

Certificate of Insurance Requirements

Your subcontractor insurance policies must meet the following conditions:

Rayco Inc, its officers, employees, and clients must be listed as Additional Insureds for both ongoing and completed operations.
Coverage must be Primary and Non-Contributory with respect to any insurance carried by Rayco Inc.
Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Workers’ Compensation policies must include a Blanket Waiver of Subrogation in favor of Rayco Inc.
Certificates of Insurance must include all required endorsements supporting the Additional Insured, Waiver of Subrogation, and Primary & Non-Contributory requirements.

Certificates must list the following certificate holder exactly:
